Who processes your data
The controller is REQUINTE NOTORIO, LDA, tax number (NIPC) 517883678, with premises at Rua do Mestre Guilherme Camarinha, Paranhos, Porto. For any privacy question, write to [email protected].
What data is processed and why
This site has no forms, no accounts and stores no visitor data. Personal data is only processed when a visitor books a table or writes to the house: name, contact and booking date, to deliver the service requested; and the content of the message, to reply.
Bookings
Bookings are handled in Mesa, the house booking system, served from mesa.coneki.com. The form is only loaded when the visitor clicks “Book online”: until then, their browser does not contact that system.
Visit measurement
The house measures visits in two ways, and only one of them depends on you.
The Cloudflare count, delivered by the service that serves the site, always runs: it sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and does not identify you. It counts requests and reports aggregate figures only.
Google Analytics 4 (property G-M4MRZ4J00Q) is loaded only if the visitor accepts on the cookie bar, and that is the legal basis: consent, which can be withdrawn at any time under «Change cookie preferences» in the footer of every page. Until you accept, your browser does not contact Google and not a single statistics cookie is stored. On acceptance, the page viewed, the origin of the visit, the country, browser language and device type are recorded, so we know what serves better the people looking for us; the IP address is not stored. We do not use this data for advertising, and Google is told that advertising measurement is refused.
How long
Booking data is kept for as long as needed for the booking and for the house's legal duties. Emails are kept for as long as needed to reply and file the matter.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing, by writing to [email protected]. You may also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD), at www.cnpd.pt.
Changes
If this policy changes, the update date at the end of this page changes with it.
Updated on 21 October 2026.
